Role Description
The Core Brands Marketing Manager will lead and execute promotional strategies across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with therapeutic areas (TAs) and driving brand growth through coordination, innovative ideation, process streamlining, and KPI tracking. Reporting to the Core Brands TA Lead, this role will maintain a strategic focus on Gross to Net (GTN) optimization and foster operational excellence by collaborating with Finance, NRM (Net Revenue Management), and NGSE (Next Generation Sales Enablement).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Strategy & Coordination:
- Develop and execute integrated multi-brand promotional campaigns for Vaccines, AIFs (Anti-Infectives), AMs (Antiemetics), Anesthesia & Sedation, and Tail Brands, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives.
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Area (TA) leads to ensure promotions align with strategic goals, creating a cohesive and unified portfolio approach.
- Engage with key internal stakeholders early in the planning process to integrate promotions into broader portfolio objectives.
- Ensure proactive alignment with cross-functional areas, including Customer & Solutions (C&S), Member Groups, and Strategic Growth (SG), to optimize campaign effectiveness and execution.
Execution & Process Management:
- Oversee flawless execution of promotional plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Streamline internal processes, ensuring smooth coordination between Finance, NRM, NGSE, and marketing teams.
- Manage end-to-end promotional workflows, from ideation to post-campaign analysis and reporting.

Analysis & KPI Tracking:
- Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
- Generate insights from performance data to refine strategies and optimize ROI and GTN impact.
- Regularly report results and recommendations to the Core Brands TA Lead and other stakeholders.
Gross to Net (GTN) Management:
- Maintain a strategic focus on GTN, ensuring promotional activities align with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance and NRM to evaluate and refine promotional plans for maximum profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the central coordinator for promotional efforts across therapeutic areas.
- Support training and enablement by sharing promotional insights and updates with the Field Force.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration between Marketing, Finance, NRM, and NGSE teams.
Innovation & Best Practices:
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to promotions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Share best practices across TAs to drive portfolio-wide success.
Job RequirementsEducation & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical, animal health, or related industries.
- Proven track record in portfolio marketing, promotions, or multi-brand management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for performance metrics, KPI evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in GTN management and financial optimization in marketing contexts.
- Excellent skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, innovative, and committed to operational excellence.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, or similar).
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing and sales enablement platforms is advantageous.
Reporting Line and Location:This position will report directly to the
Core Brands TA Lead. Location is remote or hybrid.
The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to

Colorado). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range: $95,000-105,000

Base Pay Range: $106,000-120,000
