Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager for a large industrial Manufacturer in the Altavista, VA area.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on manufacturing leadership in a specialized industrial environment
- Proven track record in coaching, development, lean implementation
- Spearhead the production department's strategic initiatives
