Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Commercial Superintendent to oversee a multi-building site project featuring a mix of tilt wall buildings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and extensive knowledge in core and shell building components. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction process for a multi-building site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of core and shell building components, with a focus on tilt wall construction.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification is preferred.
