Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator-C who will take on a senior research role within the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinical Research Initiative in the Department of Neurology. The CRC-C will participate in multiple local and mult-institutional clinical research studies. The CRC-C will develop study protocols, manage contracts and IRB regulatory issues, and oversee clinical trial data management. CRC-C will assist team of research assistants and coordinators with study procedures, including subject recruitment, enrollment, retention, and follow-up.
Job Description
An experienced clinical research coordinator-C will be involved in multiple local and multi-institutional clinical research studies in the Department of Neurology related to traumatic brain injury. CRC-C will take an active role in project oversight, supported by clinical research assistants and coordinators. Duties will include ensuring compliance and maintenance with IRB and other regulatory documentation, oversight of group data management practices, and development and management of standard operating procedures for the research group. CRC-C will assist with subject-related activities. All members of the group have the option to participate in data analysis, including submission and presentation at scientific meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Highly organized and flexible.
Knowledge of PC applications and research databases (Microsoft Excel, RedCap, etc... preferred)
At least 2-3 years of clinical research trials experience.
Applicants who demonstrate clear evidence of increasing supervisory roles are highly preferred.
Position is contingent upon funding.

Pay Range
$51,824.00 - $68,000.00 Annual Rate
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
