Overview

This position reports into the Manager of Cash Applications. The incumbent is responsible for client invoicing and ensuring that processes adhere to set standards. Must establish and maintain good lines of communication with other company personnel impacting accounting operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain process for proper posting of cash receipts and AR off set for deduction from assets
• Maintain process to receive details for invoicing request, documentation, etc.
• Monitor the process for client invoices within Lawson software
• Monitor account receivables (aging)
• Obtain region approval for adjustments and small balance write offs
• Work with regional accounting personnel to resolve issues while maintaining effective working relationships
• Participate with audit requests and other special analytical projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required
• Steady work experience
• Must be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively, as well as, meet set deadline
• Experience with Lawson Software preferred
