ECS is seeking a Business Process Analyst (Top Secret Cleared) to work in our Washington, DC office.

Job Description:

  • The Contractor shall provide technical and subject matter expert (SME) staff support to operations unit and various executive-level priority programs
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to support a diverse range of National Security programs
  • Develop Cyber Focused PowerPoint's and Talking Points
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and policy according to NIST and FBI regulations
  • Perform Stakeholder and Relationship Management
  • Support Conference/Event Planning and Management
  • Support system development efforts including project management, requirements gathering, system design, data conversion, documentation, training, and deployment
  • Develop and provide best practices for the branch information technology and data integration efforts
  • Conduct analyses and studies related to, strategic marketing, business process re-engineering, business continuity, performance, benchmarking with like-activities, and new technology assessments
  • Advise on policy and program requirements and implementation
  • Prepare and conduct technical/policy reports and briefings
  • Identify performance gaps and lessons learned
  • Analyze program and policy effectiveness
  • Analyzing new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on missions, strategic goals, objectives, and priorities
  • Develop presentation materials for executive-level briefings to explain program, status, issues, requirements, justification, and impact of proposed resourcing

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Required Skills:
  • Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of Obtaining SCI / CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Finance, or another field requiring strong critical thinking, analytic writing, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience such as support for Federal defense, intelligence or law enforcement communities, new product or system development, process engineering or organizational transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading, planning, initiating, coordinating, and executing special projects and programs of varying scope and complexity.
  • Expertise effectively interacting with personnel involved in policy, technical, operational, and program management work.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholder communities of interest.
  • Experience translating and communicating complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Keen attention to value-focused detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Displays poise, tact, and diplomacy with all levels of staff and stakeholders.

Desired Skills:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • In depth knowledge of FBI operations, Information System workflows and functions.
  • Roles including of information security professionals and system owners.
  • Experience working in a Federal interagency environment, including collaboration with multiple U.S. government departments and agencies on joint programs.
  • Experience designing or re-engineering business processes at an enterprise (Division, Branch, Agency, Inter-Agency) level
  • Experience briefing or advising executive-level audiences
