Talbot Hall's services range from inpatient detoxification to partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. The Business Operations Analyst 3 collaborates with Physician and Advanced Practice Providers, Psychotherapists and Counselors, as well as key leaders and stakeholders responsible for the treatment of patients and operations of Talbot. The Business Operation Analyst 3 is primarily an administrative and education position that is responsible for maintaining internal processes and practices to comply with accreditation standards and for coordinating/organizing various internal programs and professional development for the community.
1.) Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications bachelor's degree in business administration human resources or related field. Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant work experience health care setting desired. Position requires excellent interpersonal skills excellent writing and communication skills with superb attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with behavioral health, accreditation standards.
