Location: Alpharetta, GA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst - II
Create in-depth analyses, tools and dashboards to highlight the hardware and device behaviors that customer satisfaction, device health, overall performance and user retention - Create unique analytical models to track device health performance in the field -

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Work with our hardware engineering operations teams to deliver insights into device performance and make recommendations -
• Work as a key member of the device technology teams to support device and firmware analyses including review of events captured, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and anomalies -
• Work with the Data Science team to facilitate data ingestion and troubleshoot issues with devices Required Qualifications: -
• Advanced degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Economics or in Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science coursework -
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5-7 Years Work Experience as a data analyst -
• Proficient with building predictive models, proficiency with Python -
• Advanced SQL skills. Proficient with relational databases, SQL, data transformation, data mining, and ad hoc analysis -
• Excellent data visualization skills with tools like Power BI and Tableau -
• Expert in Tableau data modeling, migration, ingestion, and analysis -
• Excellent in analyzing data and drawing appropriate conclusions.
