Job Summary

The Business Analyst will support the service functions for Vertiv. This role will provide support and expertise in business solutions through effective use of Vertiv Digital Assets and other technology by working with IT and Business stakeholders. The individual will be a part of a very dynamic/ time sensitive organization which require excellent ability to multitask and keep abreast of many projects at one time. The successful candidate must exhibit the skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, quantitative analysis skills, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Effective professional communication skills; works with IT and business representatives
• Close working relationship with the Service Oracle Solutions Architects
• Capable of learning business processes and applications
• Coordinating script changes and ensuring training materials are up-to-date
• Understand basic Operations of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
• Handle daily tasks for leaders upon request (e.g., briefings, correspondence, attend meetings)
• Understand system technical strategy and new functionality and map to opportunities to extend and optimize Services implementations to support strategy and meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Business, or Analytics field
• 1-2+ years of Operations or Business Office experience
• Experience with Oracle applications
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
• Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
• Fill time in office - Westerville, OH
