Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of bellpersons, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
- Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
- Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Less than three moving violations in the three previous years
- No DUI convictions
- Must have current driver's license where applicable
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
- Familiar with local area and attractions
- One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
- Valid CDL license where applicable
