Job Description Summary

The Associate Logistics Audit Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of invoices from approved Freight Carriers, in a manner consistent with approved quality standards and performance requirements. The Associate Logistic Audit Specialist is also responsible for the day-to-day resolution of invoice issues and disputes.

The position will work with Accounts Payable, Operations, Corporate Procurement, Corporate Finance, and external suppliers.

Job Description

• Incorporate Logistics Audit / Finance principles into daily work activities
• Complete assigned items in accordance with approved Logistic Audit / AP / Finance programs utilizing established policies and SOX Controls.
• Audit and process variable volume of freight invoices for payment
• Validate freight invoices against Bill of Ladings and carrier contracts
• Ensure payments are processed on time and accurately to carriers
• Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies in an effective and timely manner
• Verify carrier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Provide accurate records management relative to the Logistics Audit function in accordance with established policies

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $40,220.00 - $60,340.00
