The Role:

ModernaTX, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Sales & Operations Execution Lead for its Norwood, Massachusetts location.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process that ensures timely and complete delivery for all commercial and clinical businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle exceptions and rebalance demand and supply plans with minimal disruptions within the operational horizon.
  • Integrate planning with sales and execution.
  • Work closely with and mentor planners to identify and mitigate demand anomalies and supply variances.
  • Provide insights to decision-makers through the weekly S&OE process, driving data-informed decisions to identify and mitigate risks that would impact timely and complete delivery to customers.
  • Spearhead sales and operations execution, and planning initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for queries and discussions.
  • Continuously improve the sales and operations execution process, including benchmarking and implementing industry best practices.
  • Analyze data and utilize data visualization tools to visualize supply and demand plans and plan changes.
  • Utilize analytical tools and enterprise resource planning systems to track real time data on forecast, purchase and manufacturing orders, sales orders, and deliveries.
  • Serve as a key member of the biopharmaceutical supply chain team and leverage experience with supply chain processes to provide strategic leadership.
  • May telecommute 1 day per week.

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:

Minimum requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, and 3 years of experience in the offered position or a related position involving pharmaceutical supply chain management. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Supply planning, master production schedule, & distribution requirement planning; Working with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues; Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs; Utilizing SAP S/4 enterprise resource planning system and SAP Integrated Business Planning subsystem; and Translating business requirements into data visualization specifications using Qliksense. May telecommute 1 day per week.
