Description: Our client is currently seeking an Associate Brand Manager

Position Summary:
We seek an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) to join our Foodservice Marketing Team. In this role, you will manage key product segments and drive business growth through strategic brand management, innovation, and marketing communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing plans, analyze market trends, and optimize product performance. This role offers the opportunity to build leadership and strategic skills within the dynamic foodservice industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage product assortment, innovation, and pricing for key segments.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to achieve business goals.
- Oversee product P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Plan and execute major industry events and product launches.
- Develop and deliver compelling marketing materials and sell stories.
- Assist in executing brand campaigns and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Foodservice industry, including Restaurants and Convenience Stores, is preferred.

This position offers a path to becoming a Brand Manager through gaining experience in various business channels. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and comply with employment verification requirements.
