Assistant Property Manager Opportunity in Roseville

Are you an experienced property management professional looking for a full-time in Roseville?

Our client is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join their team. If you have a background in commercial property management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Salary: 50k to 55k, DOE
Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in commercial real estate is preferred. Residential experience will also be considered.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential. Experience with property management software is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge: A basic understanding of commercial leases and strong customer service/tenant relations skills are necessary.
  • Organization: Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Details: Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Licenses: Ability to obtain a real estate license is preferred. A valid driver's license and insurance are mandatory.
  • Travel: Some travel is require.
Responsibilities:
  • Operations Support: Assist the Property Manager in the overall operations of the property, including vendor contracts, maintenance, lease administration, invoice approvals, and monthly reports.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance services, follow up on timely completion, and assist with vendor bids and contracts.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as a liaison between tenants and the Property Manager, handle tenant complaints and services, and assist with rent collections and delinquencies.
  • Inspections and Reports: Conduct routine property inspections, verify and code vendor invoices, and assist with annual budgets and CAM reconciliations.
  • Project Assistance: Help with renovation and remodeling projects, particularly new tenant move-ins, and ensure all rules and regulations are met.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing efforts as needed
