As AGM, you will oversee daily operations, support a large team of managers, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Drive Results: Utilize P&L management expertise to develop and implement operational plans and budgets that achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Lead by Example: Foster a culture of servant leadership, inspiring and developing a high-performing team of managers and staff.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure consistent customer service quality and satisfaction, addressing escalations effectively.
• Build Teams: Oversee a large group of managers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve company objectives.
• Optimize Operations: Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and company policies.
  

Qualifications

• A proven track record of managing and developing large teams in operations or service-based environments.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Industry Business Owner.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC products and systems (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
