Job Summary:

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. ASCs are independent, stand-alone facilities that provide efficient outpatient elective surgery.) Fosters positive work relationships and acts as liaison between F&MCW and all staff at the facility.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience with a clinical background in an ambulatory healthcare setting.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in one of the health related or business administration, or other suitable field. MHA, MBA, or MSN preferred.
