Our recruiting firm is partnering with a distribution company in West Palm Beach, FL to find them a AR Clerk. This is a well-established company with a national footprint looking for someone eager who is interested in long term growth and developing their career.

This is a temp to hire opportunity and best for someone that is able to start immediately.

The ideal pay rate for the role is between $23-$25 per hour.

Once converted to permanent, the organization offers a great benefits package including covering 100% of the health insurance for employees.

Job Summary

• Accept and post payments via ACH, credit cards, wires and checks
• Issue invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Enter and update information to reflect accurate customer information
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accordingly
• Collaborate with collections and billing department

Qualifications

• Data entry skills
• 1+ years of AR experience
• Experience using an ERP and Excel
• 100% onsite position in West Palm Beach
