Overview

This is a seasonal position from early April 2025 to end of October 2025. On island housing and meals provided at $19/day.

Are you a dynamic and passionate individual with a knack for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our exceptional team as an Admissions Supervisor at our vibrant hotel and showcase your enthusiasm for providing excellent service to all of our guests and visitors.

As an admissions supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the sale of admission tickets to all non-hotel guests who wish to self-tour Grand Hotel, as well as assisting with information and directions, retrieving cash bank and admission tickets from the accounting office at beginning of each shift and returning them at the end of the shift, greeting all visitors to the Hotel, maintaining detailed records of all ticket sales, and tabulating transactions and providing change.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
