We're looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our clients Sales & Purchasing Department. The ideal candidate has a background in the manufacturing industry and is skilled in managing high volumes of customer and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter daily high-volume sales orders.
  • Obtain and verify quotes, pricing, and delivery timelines from vendors.
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers and manage the return process.
  • Expedite orders and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Purchase parts, generate purchase orders, and maintain CRM database.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales administration or customer service, ideally in the electrical or heating equipment industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM databases.
  • Skilled in reading technical documents, with strong organization, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, product research, and freight management is a plus.
Offering:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Salary range: $24-$26 per hour
  • Health and dental insurance, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) with employer match
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • In-office position
