We are collaborating with a well-established construction company in Delray Beach, FL, looking to add a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Project Managers and Sales Team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer experience from post-sale through installation.
This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of clerical experience who excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities:
- Run and analyze reports to monitor sales progress and production metrics in Salesforce.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales, coordinating with operations, services, procurement, and finance teams.
- Assist in communicating process improvements and ensure they're managed effectively.
- Support sales communications, planning, and assist with content preparation and distribution.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendars.
- Help oversee project timelines and track progress for the sales team.
- Ensure quality control by verifying accuracy and completeness of lead information.
- Generate and distribute sales and reporting metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Experience with large ERP/CRM systems; Salesforce proficiency preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired but not required.
