We've partnered with a local organization looking to add a part-time AP Speicalist to the team. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the accounts payable processes. If you have a solid understanding of accounting principles and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the AP email inbox for new vendor invoices.
• Post vendor invoices accurately to Sage 300 CRE.
• Code vendor invoices with the correct cost codes and job numbers.
• Coordinate invoice approvals with project managers.
• Prepare weekly AP check runs, including:
• Selecting invoices for payment.
• Printing checks and submitting them for signatures.
• Mailing approved payments and filing supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any variances.
• Starting hourly rate up to $24/hr.
