Direct Hire Account Manager located in Farmington Hills, Michigan
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients in the Automotive industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and increase client retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide regular reports and updates on account activities and performance
- Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers

The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of automotive industry work experience in managing and building partnerships
- Strong understanding of the automotive landscape.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven track record of successful negotiation
- Exceptional business development and partnership management track record.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
Salary: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
