Position: Accessory Product Planner
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $32-$36/hr DOE
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Accessory Product Planner to help develop and present plans for new vehicle accessories. You will analyze market trends, competitor products, and sales data to create product plans and identify new accessory ideas. Strong communication and analytical skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning: Create and present plans for new vehicle accessories, based on market trends and competitor analysis.Concept Development: Research and create detailed reports for new accessory concepts, including business cases and risk assessments.Profitability: Manage business cases for accessories, ensuring projects meet profitability goals and align with OEM approvals.Collaboration: Work with other teams to integrate technical and design details into product plans.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to help shape product planning.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as taking meeting notes and distributing information.Key Performance Indicators:
Revenue & Profit: Measure the success of product plans based on revenue and OEM approval.Product Launch: Track the successful launch of new accessory concepts.On-Time Delivery: Ensure product plans are delivered on time.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, market research, vehicle engineering, or related field.Experience: Experience in the automotive accessory industry, with strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and technical specs.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Ability to create clear, impactful presentations.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Additional Qualities:
