Applicant will be responsible for producing finished feed and keeping all Tyson, FDA, safety, and environmental records associated with feed production, and related activities.
- The applicant will be responsible for learning to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to read and write legibly and perform
- simple math calculations
- Must have some working knowledge of computer
- Must be able to lift 70lbs. frequently
- Must perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
- Must be a responsible, mature adult w/excellent work ethic.
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to work weekends and long shifts as needed.
Applicant must be able to withstand excessive bending, heavy lifting, and climbing.
The feed mill environment is dusty and varies in
EXTREME TEMPERATURES. The individual selected for this job must be able to work well with others and complete all jobs specified by their supervisor.
This job involves learning to batch and pelleting, computer control systems as well as being responsible for general mill housekeeping duties and performing light maintenance work as needed.
This position includes clean-up and a daily/weekly housekeeping checklist that may involve cleaning the bathroom, break room, all areas of the feed mill, and grounds by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or other means.
