Position Summary
Our Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week paid internship in our Carlyle Global Wealth ("CGW") Investor Relations segment, in our New York Office. Carlyle Global Wealth offers Summer Analysts the chance to become an active part of a team-oriented environment, fully engaged in the team's day-to-day activities. The Summer Analysts will work with Sales, Operations and Structuring teams, focusing on raising capital, identifying new opportunities, and providing sales support. Additionally, Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to engage with professionals across Carlyle and Investor Relations with weekly lunch and learns, senior leader mentorship, and other developmental opportunities.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Summer Analyst will be to collaborate with the CGW team to successfully raise capital for Carlyle sponsored offerings and serve the needs of our existing and prospective investors. Summer Analysts will support the CGW team in tasks such as identifying new relationships, creating sales reports, and researching the competitive landscape. Specific sample projects and responsibilities include:
- Understand, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information about wealth management, family office and high net worth investors
- Periodically create and update bespoke marketing materials, quarterly presentations and reporting materials.
- Provide ongoing support and remain heavily involved when investors are conducting due diligence on Carlyle funds
- Assist CGW professionals as they work closely with investment professionals and deal teams to understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline, and overall market dynamics
- Work closely with National Accounts and Product Development teams on client requests (related to both capital raising, diligence and one-off servicing requests), client presentations, sales territory management, and CRM database management
- Aid in the development and maintenance of CGW business metrics and reports
- Assist with other team projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications Education & Certificates
- To be eligible for the Carlyle Summer Internship Program, students must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university with the intended graduation date of Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
- Preferred GPA of 3.5+
Professional Experience- Prior internship(s) in financial services recommended

Benefits/CompensationThe compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated monthly rate for this role is $7,000-$7,500 dependent on graduating class.
